Use the tools with ordinary numbers, not private records
- Open reasonedmarkets.com over HTTPS and check the address before following a shared link.
- Enter only the numbers needed for the calculation. Never enter passwords, brokerage credentials, account numbers or wallet recovery phrases.
- Keep your own copy of useful assumptions. The site has no account or server feature for saving your calculator sessions.
Calculator inputs and saved comparisons
Calculator arithmetic and the manual comparison worksheet run in your browser. The application does not submit those input values to a server, and saved option comparisons are held in page memory rather than an account database. They may be lost when you leave or reload the page.
The application does not use browser local storage or session storage for calculator inputs. Your browser, extensions, shared device or downloaded files can still retain information. This is not a secure document vault.
Page requests and external websites
Loading a page requires a network request. Our hosting provider, Netlify, may process ordinary request information such as IP address, requested URL and browser details. Local calculation does not mean anonymous browsing or an absence of hosting logs.
Links to issuer reports, regulators and EcoInvestHub open services with their own privacy and security practices. We do not request brokerage access, custody funds or execute trades. Never treat an external message as proof that a person represents this site.
Browser protections and their limits
The site uses HTTPS and browser response policies that restrict resource loading, prevent other sites from embedding our pages and disable camera, microphone, location and payment permissions. Calculator inputs are validated before results are displayed.
These measures reduce some risks; they do not guarantee that the website is free of vulnerabilities. No independent penetration test, security certification or bug bounty is claimed. Financial calculation tests do not establish that an investment is suitable.
If you notice a problem
Stop using the affected feature. Record the page address, time, browser and the smallest harmless steps needed to explain the issue. Remove personal information, credentials and account details from any screenshot or report. Do not test against other people’s data or disrupt the service.
The corrections tool prepares a local report; it does not submit or privately deliver it. A dedicated security reporting inbox has not yet been published. Share sensitive findings only through a private owner contact channel you have independently verified. No response time is promised.
